Ivaylo Lakov

Ivaylo Lakov is among the most prominent names in the business journalism in Bulgaria. Viewers know him since 1994 in Bulgarian National Television , but it is less known that he has experience in many other areas. In 1997, as a part of the press office of the Caretaker Government, he attended the negotiations with the International Monetary Fund just before the introduction of the currency board. In 2006 he became part of the media group Investor.BG, where he developed the website Automedia.bg. Lakov joined Bulgaria ON AIR in the creation of television and, with the launch of Bloomberg TV Bulgaria, he became a host of the daily program The World is Business and the Saturday program Club Investor. Ivaylo Lakov has a keen interest in geopolitics, macroeconomics and the online processes.
