Kiril Boshov

Mr.Boshov has 20 years experience in senior management positions in finance and insurance. He was Chief accountant of Mobicom – the first mobile operator in Bulgaria, a joint venture between the Bulgarian Telecommunications Company and Cable and Wireless, (1995 – 1997); Vice – Chairman of the Board of Directors and COO of Eurobank (1997 – 2000); Chairman of the Board of Euroins (2000 – 2008) – In 2006 Euroins was awarded “Company with the best corporate governance” by the Association of Investors in Bulgaria; and later became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euroins Insurance Group and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Euro-Finance. Mr. Boshov has been Chairman of Eurohold’s Management Board since 2006.
Kiril Boshov holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. He is fluent in English and Russian.
