Richard Clegg

Richard Clegg is a Partner at Wolf Theiss working throughout Central & Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe. Richard has particular specialization and expertise across the regulated sectors, and regularly advises companies at Board level on regulatory and compliance matters, often in sensitive circumstances. His career experience includes advising on transaction, regulatory and compliance aspects of major projects.

Richard has held senior positions in industry and private equity, as an M&A partner with an industrial and infrastructure fund, and as the Group General Counsel and Group Investment Director of a national telecommunications company. He was educated at University College London, The College of Law and INSEAD and he is an Irish and English qualified solicitor and Bulgarian registered foreign lawyer.
